Kris Wise

Kris became a Realtor after spending 10 years buying homes, fixing them up and selling them in both North Texas and Southern California. Kris’ love for remodeling and always leaving something better than when she found it translated well for a career in real estate. After graduating from Texas A&M with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Kris worked as an Accountant and then an Accounting Process Consultant for 16 years before moving into real estate as her full time career. She loves the opportunity to delight clients with her customer service as well as her knowledge of the market and what it takes to sell a home. Her background and training in process improvement and Six Sigma helps her analyze data to assist clients in making informed decisions when it comes to selling their home. Kris believes that the data is where the focus should be and then look to the market for feedback on her listings. Kris knows that the relationship with her clients is most important and a mutual trust is what makes the best real estate transaction for both parties.

Kris is very active in the Flower Mound community and seeks out opportunities to better the quality of life in Flower Mound and the surrounding areas. A DFW resident since 1974, Kris is married and has two sons who attend school in Flower Mound. Kris now uses her experience in remodeling and extensive list of trades people to assist clients with updates to their homes and even sometimes swinging the hammer herself. Kris’ motto is “It’s all about relationships” and when you talk to her clients, you know she takes that motto very seriously.

Keller Williams as a Broker

When I came to KW in fall 2009, I was at a turning point in my real estate career.  I had been in the business for 7 years and had yo-yo success and lean years and really didn’t have a purpose in my marketing and message.  I had tried coaching and it was working but my office wasn’t as supportive because my coach emphasized making ME a brand.  With my former broker, the brand was THEM and I was lucky to get to put my name and phone number on my own sign.  Fast forward a year into my career with KW and my business is thriving from the systems KW emphasizes and I have built a brand of ME.  KW has been so supportive and I always feel I am in the right place at the right time as they have a strong leadership team, a very helpful environment and training even for us old timers.  KW has now given me the tools to succeed and the best thing is that the tools lead to repeatable business so the yo-yo of my business is now a straight line moving in an upward direction.  I plugged in and it has made all the difference!
